ORDER DENYING MOTION
Appellant has filed a motion asking that this court take judicial notice of documents in a related bankruptcy case. Respondent opposes the motion and appellant has replied. Having considered these documents, this court is not convinced that judicial notice is warranted, and the motion is denied. See Mack e. Estate of Mack, 125 Nev. 80, 206 P.3d 98 (2009) (explaining that this court will not generally take judicial notices of record in other and different cases, even if the cases are connected).
