As you are aware, we have been performing environmental due diligence work at the former TRW site for Virginia Highlands, LLC for approximately the last three years. In the course of our work, we have reviewed numerous documents prepared by TRW, the former owner, the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection and others, and have interviewed numerous people familiar with the site. During the course of our work, we have uncovered no evidence that uranium was ever used for any purpose on the site.
